Noah Roe helped me with the my jeep compass. This man customer service skill was top tier. Before I came in he answered every single question I fired his way. He had patients the whole entire time with me. Very humble and I could tell he really loves his job. Best sales rep I have ever encountered at any car dealership. You guys are lucky to have him. Just bought my 4th vehicle from Don Franklin Lincoln Etown. Our Sales Rep Noah Roe has been instrumental in all four purchases. Noah is certainly why I keep going back. Great Sales and Service dept. Down home and no pressure. Thanks again! Edit August 2026, just bought sons cars there. Google wont let me do a review for each purchase. We dealt with Scott and Noah and Chris at Don Franklin Auto. I was originally looking at a Chevy Trax but later decided I’d rather have another Subaru. Scott was happy to have the car that caught my eye delivered the same day and worked with us to get a good deal on the price. Everything was easy. Chris set us up for autopay helping us to cut off about six months worth of financing. Noah was great from showing us the features on the car, to test driving and having the car cleaned. They wanted us to be happy with our selection with no regrets. Great feel to the place. I recommend.

I bought a used truck and drove it straight home which was 5 Minutes away and there was a massive coolant leak and the dealership said it was my fault, the mechanic said there was impact damage to the trans-cooler which smashed into the ac condenser which then hit the radiator and cracked it, they also said the truck got a 172 point inspection including the radiator but that was at another dealership, the trucked was damaged before I bought it as well the car salesman scraped the whole side of the truck and damaged the rim on the rear right fender well and I still bought the truck from them after knowing that, they fixed the paint and told me verbally I would get the rim fixed If I brought the truck by on Monday, but they didn’t put it in the we owe and I bought the truck with a extra $300 off, and it is raining so I can’t tell if it’s leaking fluid or not when I bought it drove jt off the lot so after driving it home and then rain stopping there it is in the parking spot 2 hours after purchase with a puddle of radiator fluid on the ground, I thought it was rain water leak in out still but I was wrong but I drove it to work the next morning and then drove it home and on my way hom
